GENERAL INFORMATION
How big is the station?
We prefer a space that is 10 feet by 10 feet. If you are constrained to a smaller space, such as at a trade show booth, we’ll need to know in advance to be able to judge the situation.
How many people can be in one flipbook?
As many people as can get in front of the camera in 7 seconds! 3-4 people usually fit in the frame comfortably.
How does the flipbooks station work?
We’ll invite your guests to step in front of our backdrop, and to make a 7 second video. They can see themselves in our monitor as they make the video. At the end of the 7 seconds, we’ll replay the video, and then our team gets to work making the books! We print up to two copies of each book to allow as many turns at the flipbooks station as possible. While the first group waits for their flipbooks to be created, the next group is free to get started!
How fast is a book produced after my guests use the station?
It takes approximately 2 minutes after the video replay is shown for the book to be produced.
My event is up or down stairs. Is this OK?
Yes! Our stations break down and are completely portable. If a person can go up or down the stairs, we should be able to bring the station to the area as well. We must know this information beforehand, as it adds additional setup time.
My event is outside. Is this OK?
Yes! As long as there is protective shelter in case of inclement weather, we can setup outside! If there will not be a power outlet within 8 feet we will need to know when you reserve the booth, so that together we can figure out an alternative.
How much time do you need to setup the station before the event?
We require access to the setup area at least 60 minutes before the event rental starts. This way you can be sure that the station will be running smoothly when your guests arrive!
Will my station be attended by a specialist throughout my entire event?
Yes! Two specialists will host the flipbooks station throughout the entire event.
FLIPBOOKS OPTIONS
Can I personalize the book covers?
Yes! We can personalize the cover with your event name and date, or even your custom logo! You can also design your own graphic and provide it to us in jpeg format. If you decide to create your own graphic then we will need you to provide it at least 2 weeks before the event.
Do you have props that my guests can use?
Yes! We provide a fun prop bin with crazy hats, feather boas, and other props for your guests to use. If this is not your style then we can of course omit this.
Can I order additional copies of my favorite flipbooks after the event?
Yes! Each flipbook prints with a small code on the last page, which allows us to print additional copies after the event.
Can I get a DVD of all of the videos taken during the event?
Yes! We can mail you a DVD of all of the videos within a week of your event. We use Lightscribe technology to imprint your event name and date on the disc.
I’d love to send out flipbooks as my save-the-date, is this an option?
Yes! On a case-by-case basis, we’ll work with couples who wish to create a save the date before their wedding. This requires a commitment of ordering at least 50 books. Please contact us directly for more information.

Yes! On a case-by-case basis, we’ll work with companies who wish to create flipbooks as a fun alternative to a business card. This requires a commitment of ordering at least 50 books. Please contact us directly for more information.
RESERVING THE FLIPBOOKS STATION
What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on the length of time of your event, distance from our office, and any additional options you choose. Please let us know about your event via our Contact Us page and we’ll gladly email you our current rates.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
What is the process to rent the Flipbooks station?
When you contact us with your event information we will send you our rate sheet outlining what the base price includes, as well as the price for additional options such as additional hours and any applicable travel fees. If you decide to rent the station, we require a $249 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Final payment is due 14 days before the event.
Can I reserve a Flipbooks station for my school, church, or non-profit fundraising event?
Yes! We have worked with charities that choose to collect money per book to help cover the cost of the rental. You will need to provide a volunteer to collect money if you choose this option. Another idea is to find a sponsor to cover the cost of the rental. Sponsors will love the fact that we can print their logo on every book cover, either on the front or back.
