    GENERAL INFORMATION

    What does your photobooth look like?

    Our booth is simple but elegant, as it was built specifically for event rentals. To see our various curtain colors, please go to our Booths page.

    How big is the photobooth?

    The booth is 6 feet wide, 3 feet deep and 6 feet tall.

    How many people fit inside the photobooth?

    2-3 people can be seated comfortably. Additionally, the stools can easily be removed to fit larger groups!

    How does the photobooth work?

    When your guests enter the booth, they will see a monitor instructing them to hit the start button. Once they hit the start button, they will see themselves in the monitor, and the monitor will start counting down, prompting them to say “cheese!” This repeats four times, and then a message indicates to your guests that their photo is printing. While this first group waits for their photo outside the booth, the next group is free to enter the booth and get started!

    My event is up or down stairs. Is this OK?

    Yes! Our booth was built to break down so it is completely portable. If a person can go up or down the stairs, we should be able to bring the booth to the area as well.

    My event is outside. Is this OK?

    Yes! As long as there is some protective shelter in case of inclement weather, we can setup the booth outside! If there will not be a power outlet within 8 feet we will need to know when you reserve the booth, so that together we can figure out an alternative.

    How much time do you need to setup the booth before the event?

    We require access to the setup area at least 60 minutes before the event rental starts. This way you can be sure that the booth will be running smoothly when your guests arrive!

    Will my booth be attended by a specialist throughout my entire event?

    Yes! One or two specialists will host the booth throughout the entire event.

    Is the booth wheelchair accessible?

    Yes! The bench can easily slide out to accomodate a wheelchair.

    PHOTO OPTIONS

    Can I personalize the prints?

    Yes! We can personalize the print with your event name and date, or even your custom logo! You can also design your own graphic and provide it to us in jpeg format according to our specifications. If you decide to create your own graphic then we will need you to provide it at least 1 week before the event. View samples from past events on our Testimonials page.

    Do the photos print in black and white or color?

    You can choose either option. Black and white prints can even be saved in color!

    Can I choose the layout of the prints?

    Yes! You can choose between a traditional photo strip (2″ x 7″) or a modern and easy-to-frame grid layout (4” x 6”). View samples from past events on our Photo Layouts page.

    Are the photos high quality?

    Yes! We use a 10 megapixel Canon digital camera, so your prints are very high quality. In order to preserve the processing and printing we usually save the photos so that they look great in 4”x6” and 5”x7” sizes, however we are happy to change our settings for your event if you think you might want to blow up individual images larger than that.

    How fast is a print produced after my guests use the booth?

    It takes approximately 60 seconds after the last photo is taken for the print to be produced.

    ADDITIONAL EVENT OPTIONS

    Do you have props that my guests can use?

    Yes! We provide a fun prop bin with silly sunglasses, crazy hats, feather boas, and other props for your guests to use. If this is not your style then we can of course omit this.

    Can I have my guests place their photos into a photo scrapbook during the event?

    Yes! You can either provide your own scrapbook, or we can provide a beautiful and high quality 11” x 14” Kolo Newport scrapbook. We will also provide scissors and archival quality markers for your guests to write their best wishes!

    I’m interested in other types of favors produced from the photobooth print, such as bookmarks, frames, etc – can you accommodate this?

    You can purchase custom made 2″x7″ double-foot clear acrylic frames from us that you can’t get anywhere else! We can also provide 4″x6″ frames. Another fun option we offer are clear vinyl bookmarks with a pocket for the photo strips.

    AFTER THE EVENT

    Will you post my images on the internet?

    Yes! We will post both the individual images as well as each photobooth strip on our web gallery.

    How will my guests know the website of the gallery?

    On the back of each printed photostrip, we’ll include the link to our website gallery.

    Can I password protect my images on the web gallery?

    Yes! If you choose this option, the password will be printed on the back of each photostrip.

    Can I order other photo items from the web gallery?

    Yes! You can order many photo items, including mugs, magnets, notecards, and more!

    Can I get a CD of all of the images?

    Yes! We can mail you a CD of all of the images within a week of your event. We use Lightscribe technology to imprint your event name and date on the disc.

    RESERVING THE BOOTH

    What are your rates?

    Our rates vary depending on the length of time of your event, day of the week, distance from our office, and any additional options you choose. As a reference point, most of our packages range from $900 – $1550. Please let us know about your event via our Contact Us page and we’ll gladly email you our current rates.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

    What is the process to rent the photobooth?

    When you contact us with your event information we will send you our rate sheet outlining what the base price includes, as well as the price for additional options such as the CD of images and photo scrapbook station, and any applicable travel fees. If you decide to rent the booth, we require a $249 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Final payment is due 14 days before the event.

    Can I reserve a photobooth for my school, church, or non-profit fundraising event?

    Yes! We have worked with charities that choose to collect money per print to cover the cost of the rental. Please contact us for more information.
