    What do the party packages include?

    Our baseline party package includes complete outdoor theater delivery, set-up & removal, a friendly Fun Flicks Technical Host, premium projection, super sonic sound system, huge 16-foot inflatable screen, cables, tables & cords.

    How big are your screens?

    Our baseline Backyard Party screen inflates to 16 feet, our Premiere Party screen to 21 feet, and you can upgrade to a 26 or 40 foot inflatable screen!

    Which size screen is right for me?

    Our 16 foot Backyard Party screen is great for 5-75 people. The Premiere Party 21 foot screen is for larger crowds over 75 people. If you are expecting over 100 people, such as at an event in a park or school, the 26 foot or even the 40 foot screen is for you!

    My event is inside. Is this OK?

    Yes! As long as there is sufficient space and electricity, we can certainly hold your video gaming party inside.

    How much time do you need to setup the theater equipment before the event?

    We require access to the setup area at least 60 minutes before the event rental starts. This way you can be sure that the equipment will be running smoothly when your guests arrive!

    Will my event be attended by a specialist throughout my entire event?

    Yes! A technical specialist will be present throughout the entire event, so all you have to do is enjoy the games!

    FUN+GAMES OPTIONS

    Can I personalize the video game party?

    Yes! We can personalize your video gaming event by adding a Red Carpet, or a Popcorn package that includes a festive antique style popcorn machine that everyone will love. Other ideas include showing a slideshow of treasured photos before the start of the games in honor of the guest of honor, or displaying your sponsor’s logo on the screen. We’ll be happy to work with you to make your party a success!

    RESERVING THE PARTY PACKAGE

    What are your rates?

    Our rates vary depending on the length of time of your event, distance from our office, and any additional options you choose. Please let us know about your event via our Contact Us page and we’ll gladly email you our current rates.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

    What is the process to rent a Fun+Games Party Package?

    When you contact us with your event information we will send you a proposal outlining what the base price includes, as well as the price for additional options such as additional hours and any applicable travel fees. If you decide to rent the party package, we require a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Final payment is due 14 days before the event.

    Can I reserve a Fun+Games Party Package for my school, church, or non-profit fundraising event?

    Yes! We have worked with charities that choose to collect money per video game playing time to help cover the cost of the rental. You will need to provide a volunteer to collect money if you choose this option. Another idea is to find a sponsor to cover the cost of the rental. Sponsors will love the fact that we can display their logo on our giant inflatable screens before and after the games. Auctions are also a great way to raise money for a worthy cause.
